Question

Changed to iphone 16 pro max and app opens then says wait a minute and just goes into an every spiralling loop. Work ok on old phone. Anyone got a fix?

I’ve tried both these options, I did remove the app earlier and re-install to no avail. 

Could it be because I still have the app active on my old phone? I would assume not but worth asking.
