Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, treasurer-grimsb.

Let me provide different insights regarding how data and features work in the QuickBooks mobile app. This way, I'll ensure you can manage your entries smoothly.

If you're referring to transactions recorded in the app that aren't displayed when you log in to QBO via web browser, a cache full of history and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors, such as data isn't synchronizing in the QuickBooks browser.

I recommend logging into your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, compare your data with what's on the app. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and incognito doesn't store local files or cache.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, you'll need to clear the cache of your regular browser. It deletes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

However, if you're referring to differences in functionality or layout between the QBO app and the browser, keep in mind that the two platforms are distinct. Several features are only available in the QBO browser and not in the app due to app limitations.

In case you need to see a chart that contains a list to easily compare feature availability on supported devices, you can read this article: Compare mobile app features.

If you're referring to something else, please don't hesitate to add a comment below. I'm always here to assist you further and provide detailed info, treasurer. Have a good one!
