Desktop version will not allow us to log in anyone else having problems?

Hello Community users, we just wanted to pop back in and update this thread. The user was able to resolve their login issue by opening a private/incognito browsing window on their desktop and logging into QuickBooks that way.

If your experiencing a similar problem logging in and trying the above does not work for you let us know and we'll take a look into it and get you a resolution ASAP.
