Do I get a refund If I have downloaded the wrong version of the app but paid a 6 month subscription and only had it a few days and not used it ?

You can request for a refund, Thetoyden.


You'll have to cancel the account first. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps to cancel the account.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to the admin's email address. 

 

Next, contact our customer care support, so an agent will help you with the refund. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online. 
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Request for a refund" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a callback
