Does anyone know how to renew a suspended subscription?

I have QuickBooks on my android and all paid up on Google play store yet on my iPhone and iPad it says my subscription is suspended and there is no edit button to change bank details

Checking your details in the background, I can see that your subscription is showing inactive on our system. Since we're unable to transfer subscriptions from Android to iOS, it would be recommended to confirm that your subscription is active on the Google Play store before contacting our live support team to transfer to Intuit billing system. This will then allow you full access to QuickBooks across all supported platforms.
