Does anyone know how to solve problem of new user 'Let's go' link being too long. The page will not load in Edge or Chrome

Trying to add a new user. The invitation sends correctly but when they click on the let's go link, the link is so long that they get an error message from Microsoft defender: 'The page that you are trying to access cannot be loaded'. Our IT supportdesk say the link is too long.

hello userdowntoearthhr, thanks for posting on the Community page, can you please try a device without the anti virus software it would most likely be a setting on their end thats causing this. It is also possible to go to windows defender settings and mark certian pages as safe however im unable to advise on how that is done exactly or what settings exactly. Hopefully one of these will work for you, if not please reach back out to us again.
