Does anyone know the address to contact regarding filing a complaint. Awful service but nice to see they cant even give that information out on these posts.

You can contact them from Mondays to Fridays every 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Then, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Saturday.
