Question

Email address change for no reason?

When I invoice customers by email, the e-mail has always shown as if it is coming from my business e-mail address, which has worked fine and is what I wanted to continue. All of a sudden, this month, I had a few customers get in touch to check their invoice was genuine as the invoices were now looking as if they were being sent from my personal email address.

I have been into my account and tried to change all the e-mail addresses on there to my business email, so there is no way it can use my personal email address and, whilst it has let me do this, it sends out a verification email request which will then not verify. When I click on the link I just get a continuous blue circle going round and round and never progressing. Any ideas?

Hi, Annie07.

We haven't received any similar issues reported. When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like bringing up the data to your account or latency issue.

As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, let's try to clear the browser's cache. This is to improve performance by reducing data processing and fetching. With a sizable amount of cache stored, the speed and performance of the system.

You can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard all together or you can follow the steps in this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

Kindly update me on how things go by adding another comment below. I want to make sure you're all set, and I'm here if you need further guidance. Have a great day! All the best.
