You have been directed here because someone within your company has already created a QuickBooks Online profile.

 

Please work with this person and request that they add you as a team member or give us a call on 0808 168 8175 for further assistance.

My Client has given me access to their QB. I get the notice re my firm (top10 accounting firm) already has an account :You have been directed here because someone within your company has already created a QuickBooks Online profile. Please work with this person and request that they add you as a team member or give us a call on 08... for further assistance.

 

We are a firm of over 5000 - not sure how I am supposed to find this person...?

 

I have tried calling the helpline - and only advise is to tell Client to delete the invite and re-send. She has done this three times now. Please help.

Can I check if you receive this message when accepting the invite from the client? 

 

Do you have your own existing login to a QuickBooks Firm?
