Hello Hayes-Flooring, 

 

Having looked in the background of your account, we can see you are not being billed though intuit you're getting billed through a 3rd party so either google play or Itunes. 

 

You would need to cancel your subscription in the app setting on your android or iPhone. We cant do anything as can't see or access your subscription.
