Glad to have you here in the Community, @mootsters.

You can cancel the subscription of your newly created QuickBooks account and resubscribe the other one. Let me walk you through the process.

When resubscribing QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you don't have to set up another account. Instead, you can directly resubscribe your account within QuickBooks.

Since you've already created a new account, I suggest canceling the subscription to avoid future charges. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your new QBO account, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction to cancel your subscription.

I've got you an article for more details: Cancel your QuickBooks Online Subscription.

Once done, you can sign in to your old QBO account and process the re-subscription from there. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Click Resubscribe, then enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Here's an article you can read on for more guidance: How to Resubscribe or Reactivate QuickBooks Online.

After which, you'll be able to use your old QuickBooks account and process transactions from there.
