Question

Hello, I have received an invitation email from a customer. I followed the link and acceppted etc. but cannot find them in my pro advisor list. any ideas please?

Hi roy22, this may mean that the invitation link had expired before accepting - to resolve, please have the client re-send the invitation and then accept this within 48 hours. If you have any trouble when accepting, please right-click the accept invite button on the email > copy hyperlink > paste into an incognito/private browsing window. 🙂
