Hi Gawl-bozec, You need to try the connection in Quickbooks itself. You are looking at the HSBC website on it!. If you don't see the euro account when you try the connection then that account type is unsupported by HSBC. However you need to try by going to Banking>Link Account in quickbooks>search for the account to see if it works or not. If it is still unsupported then it is a case of continuing to upload the transaction via CSV file.

Hello Gael-bozec,

Welcome to the Community page,

What happens when you try and connect your HSBC euro account int Quickbooks? #

Do you get any error messages or codes showing at all?

I tried to connect my euro account from HSBC bank feed and I could only see Sage as an accounting software. I called HSBC and they told me that QB asked HSBC to cancel their bank feeds connection. This problem as occured for me since more than 6 months, I have a lot of transaction in my euro and US$ account and I cannot connect and update the details online but I have to download each time CSV files from HSBC to upload to QB format to be able to make my accounting updates which is very time consuming and not efficient!!!

I am not sure, but you may consider to try. Utilize the SlickConnect to isolate the issue. I noticed it supports HSBC (UK).

As another option, open a virtual business account at TW to manage your USD and Euro transactions. Then utilize the bank feeds with your QBO.
