Hello, my company is now closed but I need to retain access to the info, what can I do?

Hi, @info1823. Thanks for reaching out. I can share information about accessing your company file for a closed account.

 

Once you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, your data will be available in read-only access for a year from the date of cancellation. You can download some of the most needed lists and reports to have a copy of your data.

 

To export your report or list, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account using the login credentials when subscribing.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top. 
  3. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  4. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  5. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  6. Select Export to Excel.
