To cancel your account, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Choose the Billing and subscription tab.
3. Locate the QuickBooks section and press Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
4. Select Continue to cancel then Continue to cancel button.
5. Follow the onscreen steps then pick Submit and cancel subscription.
6. Hit Got it.

Once you're done, we'll send a correspondence to let you know that the cancellation is complete. When you're ready to resume the service, you can resubscribe any time.

You may cancel your account, put your records in XLS for the time being, and resubscribe your account within 12 months later.

Another option, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
