Hi How do I send a link to my accountant so they can access my QuickBooks?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can invite our accountants for access to the company data so they can help us manage our business. Please sign in as a master admin to add them successfully.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select "Manage Users" under "Your Company."
3. Click Accounting firms, and then enter the accountant's email address. 
4. Hit Invite.

Once done, your accountant will receive an email with a link to sign in to your QBO company. They will be asked to create a user ID before signing in for the first time unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services.
