Hello, info-escalaclean.

I'll share a couple of solutions to help you get the Manage users option back.

Make sure you're logged in as the Master Admin before adding your accountant. Although, a webpage cache issue is likely preventing the Manage users option from appearing. You can refresh or force the menu to make it appear.

Replace "homepage" with "usermgt" in the URL bar (https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/usermgt).

This will take you to the Manage users page. Now, check to see if the option appears in the Gear icon menu.

If it still won't appear, then is caused by a cache issue. You'll want to use a private or incognito window to rule this out:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari (new versions): Command + Option +

When you can see the Manage users option, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Each browser has different steps on how to do this. Check this article for a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Close all browser instances after clearing the cache to apply the new storage changes.
