Hi. I cancelled my subscription and I've still been charged. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.

The reason you are still in charge of your subscription is that the cancellation was unsuccessful or you have an active subscription.

 

We can open your QuickBooks account to ensure the subscription was canceled or active. If active, it's the reason why you have still been charged.

 

If not, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and check the status of your account. You can also request our phone agent to review the charges on your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the (?) Help.
  3. Use the search field to enter your inquiry and search for Help articles.
  4. Select Contact Us, then select a topic to connect with the right expert.
