On the other hand, you can cancel your QuickBooks Online account by following these steps:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.

If you have to open a new QBSE account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for a few months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
