Hi I need to set up the direct debit for my account as it says it’s expired .? Can you provide details and costs thanks .?

I can provide you the step-by-step process in setting up a direct debit in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the upper right corner and choose Account and Settings.

  2. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  3. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  4. Choose Direct Debit and enter your credit card information.
  5. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.
