Hi. I pay X amount per month for my qb but just saw I can pay pretty much the same for a year!! How do I cancel monthly subscription I have and change to the yearly pack?

I used an accountant who had qb. When I stopped using accountant I took on monthly subscription myself. I just daw that qb are offering the same thing foe a whole year for £5 more for the whole year!! I'm being ripped off?? What's the best way to change my current subscription to the yearly one without losing all my input data so far this tax year?

If you've decided to change the schedule, please see these steps:

 

  1. Sign in as the Primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.

  3. Choose Switch to annual billing.

  4. Click Switch, then Done.
