Hi, in struggling to find the manage users to add accountants ? I've gone into settings but have no options for manage users that I can see.

You can access the Manage users option depending on your permission, Jamie. I'll discuss the details with you below.

 

Only Primary and Company Admins are able to add accountant users in QuickBooks Online (QBO). One possible reason you're unable to see the Manage users option from the Gear or Settings icon is due to your limited access (for example, Standard users) to specific tasks and data.

 

However, you can ask the Primary or Company admin to update your role or add the accountant user themselves. This allows the new accountant to assist with company operations and bookkeeping.
