HI IVE CHANGED MY ACCOUNTANTS AND MY OLD ACCOUNTANTS SIGNED THE ACCOUNT OVER TO ME,IVE SIGNED IN TO FIND EVERYTHING HAS DISAPPEARED

Firstly, please know that only the primary admin can change and access the information from an account. Therefore, ensure that your old accountant has granted you this access so you can acquire the data you need.

 

Once you have confirmed your role as the primary admin and still can't locate the files, I recommend reaching out to your previous accountant. This will allow you to communicate with them and inquire if they made any changes to your account before transferring it to you.

 

Additionally, I suggest contacting our support team. They have the tools and expertise to investigate the root cause of this issue thoroughly. Here’s how to contact them:

 

  1. Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
  3. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
