Question

Hiya. For some reason every time I try and submit anything it says I need to renew my subscription. I've only had it for a week and paid for 3 months?

Was working absolutely fine yesterday. I only use it to monitor my spending and paid invoices as I am a self employed pub manager.

Hi there, hannahdeverick-h.

I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps to fix unusual behavior, like; getting an error that says you need to renew the subscription every time you try and submit any information in QuickBooks. Beforehand, may I ask for additional information such as what specific data are you trying to submit via QBO? I appreciate any further details so I can present an accurate solution.

For now, I also recommend opening your QuickBooks account in a private browser. Then, try to submit data from there. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue that might cause you to display an incorrect company name in your report.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to see a table list that contains different reports available for certain subscription levels: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns about your company snapshot in QBO. I'm always around to help, skp3. Have a good one!
