How can i reconnect my previous data from my business account being canceled during pandemic last year please advise? i setup a new subscription today.

Reconnecting your previous business account data to your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is easy, @eileen16. I'm here to guide you how.

 

When you're able to export your lists (i.e., vendors, customers, inventory, and chart of accounts) from your previous business account before it got cancelled, you can move them to your existing account. This saves you from having to set up the items from your lists one by one.

 

Once you already have your lists saved into individual Excel files, then you're set to import them into QBO. To do this, go to the Gear icon and select the Import data option. 

 

Then, choose the appropriate link for the list that you want to import below for the step-by-step guide:

 

Also, I'd recommend connecting your bank or credit card accounts to QuickBooks. This way, you can download your account transactions and categorise them accordingly.
