How can you delete a subscription for a client that no long wishes to use QB. We have made the file Inactive so far

Here are the steps you can perform to remove a client from your wholesale billing plan:

  1. If you haven't already, make your client the primary admin of their company file.
  2. From QuickBooks Online Accountant, navigate to Settings and then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the Your subscriptions tab.
  4. Select the client you want to remove. Make the client active first. 
  5. In the Select actions dropdown, choose Transfer billing to client.
