How do I can get back into my QuickBooks as my bookkeeper is primary admin and my subscription is now suspended. And bookkeeper is not working for me anymore

If you log into your account it should ask you to enter in your billing details once you have entered in your billing details it will make your account active again. So the wait time for change of primary admin is 3 weeks, if you can i would suggest you get in touch with the primary admin currently and get them to change your user status to be primary admin instead of them as it would be quicker for you then having to wait once filled the form in for a change of primary admin to be done by our team.
