How do i cancel 2 clients' subscriptions?

You will first need to make the client the master admin so transfer the primary admin from manage users inside the client's company as normal.  - Once you do that, you just click on the cog wheel top right corner in your firm (QBOA), click on 'billing and subscription' - find that client on the list there, click on the drop-down arrow at the end and click on 'transfer billing to client'. This will then cancel/suspend the account for you, if the client doesn't enter billing info in it will remain canceled.
