I would like to cancel my subscription to QuickBooks. There is no option for me to do it online.

Hello there!

 

The steps to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account depend on where you signed it up. If you signed up via a mobile app store, you’ll want to visit your app store to deactivate the account. On the other hand, if you've purchased directly from Intuit, follow the steps below to cancel your plan:

 

  1. Access on the web browser to your computer and not on a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Go to Settings and click Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online. To cancel the trial, pick Cancel trial, then follow the on-screen steps.

 

After canceling your subscription, your data will be available in read-only mode for only one year. Refer to this article for instructions on canceling subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store. Follow the official steps to cancel a subscription from Apple.
