How do I cancel my duplicate account, I had problems when Yorkshire in Business stopped using QuickBooks and tried to set up again, I am now paying twice though I only use my original account.

Hello, Rob. Let me guide you on cancelling your duplicate account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

Before we proceed, please know that after you cancel your subscription, you'll have a read-only access for year. Now, let's start the process by heading to the Subscriptions and billing section. 
 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Select the duplicate account you wish to cancel.
  3. From the Gear icon, choose Subscription and billing.
  4. Click Cancel.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to continue with the process.
