How do I cancel subscription

Let me walk you through the steps on how to cancel your subscription.

Here's how to cancel an account:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing & Subscription.
3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
4. Click Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
5. Answer the short survey, then Click Confirm Cancel.
    

Another way to cancel your account is by reaching out to our QuickBooks Care Support. They can pull up your account and cancel the subscription for you.

Here are the steps to contact support:

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern.
4. Click Let’s talk.
5. Choose Get a callback.
6. Type in your contact info.
7. Select Confirm my call.
