How do I cancel the subscription?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @masjideali-110. You can cancel your account from within your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

If you've subscribed through the web, follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and Subscription on the left.
  3. Choose Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
  4. Click Continue to Cancel.
  5. Answer the exit survey and select Confirm Cancel.

 

If you've purchased your subscription from iTunes or Google Play, follow the steps to cancel your subscription through an app store.

 

Please know that your QBO company will have read-only access for a year starting from the date of cancellation. You may want to export reports to Excel or print them for your future reference.
