How do I close my account entirely? This is a duplicate Accountant subscription.

I am an accountant and have been invited by clients using another company email address. I have ported them all over to one, but cannot seem to find how I can close this account

 Hello User68137, Welcome to the Community page, if the client does not want the account make sure the email is yours the accountants. If the client does want it the ma (master admin) has to be transferred first and then once they accept it then you can make sure the email address is the clients and then they will get the email to access the account and enter in the billing details. If the client does not want the account then if you click on main cog wheel> subscriptions and billing> accountant-billed subscription> click on the client > transfer billing to cleint this will then make the account inactive and you will not be charged for it and when the email comes through they  can just  delete it.
