How do I find my subscription plan details?

I'm 99% certain when I signed up it was 12 months of 90% off however my subscription has just jumped up to full price after 6 months.
Is there a way to see if I'm right/wrong?

The only reason I'm fairly certain it was 12 months is because top cashback was offering ~£35 for a subscription and it worked out it would effectively cost me nothing to have QuickBooks and if I didn't like the software I could move over to a different one so it was a no brainer.
(I am however happy with QuickBooks overall).
