Question

How do I get out of the circle? I am trying to file a return under MTD and I have found myself in a circle. Can you help?

Are you receiving any errors or messaging on the taxes screen when trying to turn on MTD?

The only message is 'take action message.  This takes you to a check list screen, on which I have complied with all items on the list.  on coming out of this screen it takes me back to the home page and I have to reload the client again.  Message reads ' take action'...…...

Thanks michael50, are you trying to submit the return on behalf of the client and is the client linked to your Agent Services Account?
