How do I remove a client that has ceased trading? I can only see that I can transfer the subscription but I want to remove them completely?

Hi sonia-vargas, thanks for joining us here on the Community

 

The 'Transfer billing to client' is the correct step to remove the client from your plan, this will suspend the billing on the account and the account will default into a read-only mode which can be accessed by the client for 12 months (in the case that a client hasn't ceased trading, they can also then enter their own billing details during this period to subscribe directly once they have been appointed as the Primary Admin user). Once you've removed the client from your billing, you can then make the client inactive within your client list by going to Clients > Select the drop-down beside client > Make inactive.
