How do I share my records with my accountant

It only requires a few steps to share your records with your accountant, @andrew-orwellsol. And I’m here to help accomplish that!

To share your QuickBooks Online data with your accountant, you’ll want to invite them first. As your accountant receives and accepts the invitation, they can access your company file.

Here’s how:

1. Open your QuickBooks account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
3. Select the Accounting firms tab.
4. Enter your accountant’s email address, then click Invite.

Please know that accountant users don't count toward your limits unless you make them your company’s primary admin.
