How do I update from simple start to essentials via the App Store subscription? Options are not listed when I click manage subscriptions. No help with QB or apple support

Welcome to the Community space, @jacob-bingley88-. I'm here to share information on how you can upgrade your QuickBooks subscription.

 

You'll not be able to see the Billing & Subscription tab since you have subscribed via the App store. You can only see the Billing & Subscription tab if you directly subscribed through Intuit QuickBooks Online.

 

That said, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can help you transfer your billing and help you upgrade your subscription from QuickBooks Simple Start to Essentials.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
