How does my accountant access to my quick book?

I'm glad to help you invite an accountant to access your QuickBooks company file, n1enriquez-hotma.

You can invite an accountant to review your books, make corrections, and collaborate on any issues. Here are the steps you can follow.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.
3. Select the Accounting firms tab, then Invite.
4. Enter your accountant's info, then click Save.

Your accountant will receive an email with steps on how to connect. If they don’t have QuickBooks Online Accountant, there's a link on how to sign up. 

When your accountant accesses your account, they have accountant-specific tools to help you prepare for taxes. Please know that regular accountant users don't count toward your user limit. However, if you also make your accountant your company’s primary admin, they'll be counted.
