How to cancel subscription

It's sad to see you go, niamhgreen. If you think QuickBooks isn't right for you, I've got all the steps to guide you in canceling your account. 

To start with, open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device. Then follow the steps below:
 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
4. Follow the on-screen steps.
