At the moment because my payment card expired, QB are defaulting and taking the subscription from my credit card, so I want to put my new card details on and can't see how?

Hello Marissa,

You can do this by going to the cog wheel > Billing info - there should be an option under here for you to edit the payment details.

Thanks,

Thanks for joining in, @usercara-mcewan. Since QuickBooks uses cache to load the page faster, there are times it may run into problems when it is full of frequent access to web pages.

To better isolate this issue, we can use an incognito or a private browser to confirm. Here's how to open it:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed account and see if you're able to see the Billing info tab. If it works, start clearing the main browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. This will also help applications run better on your computer. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
