How to I remove saved credit card information on my subscriptions?

You'll have to update your credit card details to remove the unused ones because QuickBooks is subscription-based and always requires a credit card. I'll show you how, Fatma.

Here's how to eliminate the old information:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner. 
3. Choose Subscriptions and Billing. 
4. Next to your payment method, click Edit.
5. Update your credit card information. 
6. Review the address associated with your credit card. It should match the address on your credit card statements. 
7. Once done, click Confirm Card or Save.
