How to VOID an invoice since service was cancelled

I'll walk you through the steps to ensure you void the invoice in QuickBooks Desktop.

To begin, open the invoice you wish to void. Then proceed as follows:

1. From the Main tab, click the X Delete icon dropdown.
2. Choose Void.
3. Hit Save & Close, then Yes to confirm the changes.
