I am an accountant with 2 clients on the system. Whichever client I select to work on I get only the first client's data. Why?

The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities.

You can use an incognito or private window to check if you can separately access their data. Refer to these shortcut keys for quick navigation:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, you’ll need to get back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also utilize other browsers except for Internet Explorer as an alternative.

You’ll need to ensure also that you’re still added as an accountant in your client's company file. This way, you can continue to work on their data.
