I am having a problem linking my bank account. It takes me to the bank log on page but fails when I put in the log in information, which is 100% correct. Help please

I'll make sure you're able to link your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), info-cleverk9s-c.

 

Let's start by making sure you're using the bank's URL when connecting to QBO. For example, search for "hsbc.com." for HSBC. 

 

If your bank has multiple bank names, you need to know which website they release for connection to QuickBooks Online. You can contact your bank and ask them for the URL. 

 

Once you have the URL, try connecting again your bank to QBO. If you're still unable to link your bank, please tell me the name of your bank. That way, I can check if there's an issue reported by our Online Banking Team.

 

I'm adding these articles to help find your bank and categorise transactions once you're able to successfully connect it to QBO.
