I am having trouble getting into QuickBooks online Via my web browser. (No troublr getting in on my iPhone.) when I try to login all I get is 4 blue dots, spinning.

Is anyone else having this problem? It has been like this for the last few days.

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N


If you can access QBO through private browsing, I recommend you clear the cache and cookies in your regular browser to improve its overall performance. If none of these suggestions work, utilize a supported browser to see if the one you're previously using is damaged.
