I am logging in as a master user, however when I go to the payroll tab it will not let me in?

Are you getting any errors or anything shows up when you click on the payroll page?

What do you exactly see when you click on the payroll tab?

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it, log into Quickbooks and see if the payroll page then loads up for you.
