Question

I am not receiving the verification codes to sign into quickbooks with my laptop

The 6 digit code is not reaching my phone number so am not able to sign in on my laptop

 Hello Bridget-manx-net, thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page, are you still not receiving the code or has it come through now for you? If not have you tried restarting your phone?
