I am trying to renew my subscription for quickbook but it won't let me set up a direct debit. Does anyone know how to contact the team so that I can link my bank account?

I'm here to assist you with setting up a direct debit to renew your subscription with QuickBooks Online.

 

If your billing information is updated, your subscription should renew automatically. As soon as you log in to your account, you should get a prompt to resubscribe if it is already inactive.

 

I suggest you go to the Account and Settings section to perform the process. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Gear icon in the right corner, then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription, and then press Resubscribe for the inactive subscription.
  4. Key in the updated billing information.
  5. Go to Subscribe.

After following the steps above, follow these instructions to ensure your subscription is updated correctly:

 

  1. Log out, then log back in again.
  2. Pick the Gear icon, then choose Account & Settings.
  3. Click on Billing and Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it is a date in the past, contact our Customer Support Team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
