I am trying to resubscribe to QBO Self Employed but when I try I get the following error "Oops! There was an error initializing the subscription process." What can I do to resubscribe (not via itunes)?

So they address was between 2-30 characters. I could only pay via Visa card (which I didn't want to). Then I had to sign in and change the payment method to Direct Debit. All of this while trying to squeeze this information out of online forums which has taken hours. Why is there no phone support for paying customers?

Hi there, @marcusdomleo-gma.

We have phone support that assists paying customers. I'd be happy to walk you through how you can reach out to them.

We've recently updated our customer care experience. The best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, and tap on Assistant option at the top.

Once done, type in "Talk to a human" and send it. Just follow the instructions that will prompt afterward.

I'm also adding here a link that you can check out on how you can update your billing details in QBSE, for future use: Update your QuickBooks Self-Employed billing and subscription details

Just leave a reply below if you have any other concerns. I'll be around to help you out. Keep safe!

Hi marcusdomleo-gma,

Please sign-into your Intuit Account linked here using your regular QuickBooks User ID and password, and check that you have a full valid UK address entered within the 'Personal Info' tab and that this matches the payment card you're using.

After this, please re-try resubscribing - get back to us below if you're continuing to receive the error after this, thanks!

The address is correct, full and valid but I still can't subscribe...

Thanks for checking that, is the address between 2 - 30 characters in total, and have you tried both the card payment and direct debit options? 🧐
